Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Traven Labs LLC ("Traven Labs," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the website at travenlabs.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

1. Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to information we collect through the Site from visitors, prospects, and others who interact with our marketing pages, contact and lead forms, and scheduling tools.

This Policy does not cover client data that we process when providing our paid services. When a client engages Traven Labs to analyze or model their campaign and user data, we act as that client's service provider and processor, and our handling of that data is governed by the separate written agreement and data processing terms signed with that client, not by this Policy. If you are an individual whose data was provided to us by one of our clients, please direct privacy requests to that client, who is the controller of that data.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information through the Site:

  • Information you provide. When you submit a contact or lead form or book a meeting, we collect details such as your name, work email address, company name, company size, role, and anything you include in your message.
  • Scheduling information. When you book a call, we collect the booking and calendar details needed to schedule and hold the meeting.
  • Usage and device information. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, links clicked, and timestamps, through analytics and server logs.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. We and our analytics provider use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and understand how it is used. See Section 5.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of sensitive personal data through the Site, and we ask that you not submit any through our forms.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about your request;
  • schedule and hold meetings you book;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • understand how visitors use the Site through analytics;
  • send you information about our offerings where permitted, with the ability to opt out;
  • detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Legal bases for processing (EEA and UK visitors)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information on the following legal bases: your consent (for example, for non-essential cookies and marketing communications); our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Site and responding to business inquiries; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use PostHog, a product analytics tool, to understand how visitors interact with the Site. PostHog and our hosting providers may set cookies or use similar technologies to collect the usage information described in Section 2.

We use a consent banner to manage non-essential cookies. If you are in a region that requires opt-in consent, such as the EEA or UK, we do not set non-essential analytics cookies or collect analytics until you accept. In other regions, analytics may run by default and you may opt out at any time. You can change your choice whenever you like using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, or through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site functions.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers. We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf to run the Site and our operations. These currently include Supabase (database and lead storage), PostHog (product analytics), Cal.com (scheduling), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (domain, security, and content delivery), and Google Workspace (email and productivity). These providers may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Traven Labs, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to your inquiry, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion as described in Section 9.

8. Security and international transfers

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, as required by applicable law.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access or know what we hold, to correct it, to delete it, to portability, and to opt out of certain processing. Residents of US states with comprehensive privacy laws and individuals in the EEA and UK may have some or all of these rights.

To exercise a right, contact us at privacy@travenlabs.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required.

10. Children

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at privacy@travenlabs.com and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated through the Site or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
